Associate Manager - Processing (YD Bleaching)

Supervise yarn dyeing and bleaching operations during the assigned shift.

Ensure adherence to production plans, recipes, and quality standards.

Monitor machine performance and process parameters.

Check yarn quality before and after dyeing/bleaching.

Ensure uniform dyeing, proper shade matching, and defect-free output.

Coordinate with the Quality team for approvals and corrective actions.

Supervise operators and helpers in the shift.

Assign work, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job guidance.

Ensure discipline, motivation, and skill development of team members.

Maintain records of production, downtime, and process deviations.

Monitor chemical and dye consumption to minimize wastage.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep and breakdowns.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling of chemicals.

Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with EHS norms.

Prepare daily production and shift reports.

Record process parameters, rework, and rejection analysis.

Escalate major issues to the Production Manager.
