Associate Manager - Processing

Key Responsibilities:

Lab to Dip Development:
Prepare and develop lab dips based on buyer shade standards or color targets using appropriate dye recipes and methods.

Shade Matching & Color Evaluation:
Match shades accurately against standard swatches or approved samples under various light sources (D65, TL84, etc.). Ensure consistency in shade and tone.

Spectrophotometer Operation:
Use and maintain spectrophotometer equipment for color measurement, data analysis, and recipe prediction.

Lab to Bulk Correlation:
Translate lab dyeing parameters into bulk production recipes to ensure shade reproducibility and consistency.

Shade Approval Process:
Submit lab dips for internal and buyer approval, record results, and update color databases accordingly.

Color Matching Software:
Utilize color-matching software to analyze shade differences (ΔE) and suggest corrective actions.

Quality & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of lab dip data, dye recipes, and shade approvals. Ensure all test results meet quality and buyer requirements.

Coordination:
Collaborate with production dye house, quality assurance, and merchandising teams to resolve shade issues and ensure on-time bulk production.
