Associate Manager Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Job Summary
The Associate Manager Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is responsible for managing OIC integration delivery, team performance, and stakeholder relationships across enterprise programs. This role provides managerial oversight, technical governance, and strategic direction for OIC initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with organizational standards, security policies, and business objectives.
The Associate Manager does not function as a hands-on developer , but owns delivery assurance, architectural governance, people management, and escalation handling for OIC integrations across Oracle and non-Oracle systems.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for OIC integration projects and enhancements.
- Ensure delivery milestones, SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
- Partner with project/program managers to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines .
- Act as the escalation point for production issues and delivery risks .
Team & People Management
- Manage and lead a team of OIC Developers, Senior Developers, and Leads .
- Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, and career development.
- Drive capacity planning, workload allocation, and skill development initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Technical Governance & Architecture Oversight
- Provide technical governance and architectural oversight for OIC integrations.
- Review and approve integration designs, patterns, security models, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and best practices .
- Drive adoption of modern OIC capabilities , including AI agents and platform enhancements.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or middleware platforms.
- 4+ years in a people management or delivery management role .
- Strong exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle-based ecosystems.
- Experience in the insurance industry or similar regulated domains is preferred.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale integration programs .
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of OIC capabilities, integration patterns, and best practices .
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion ERP integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL and data integration concepts.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting abilities.
- Ability to govern technical teams without hands-on coding.
- Strong decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives without compromising quality.
