Associate Manager – New Product Development (NPD)

Country Delight is looking for a passionate food innovator to join our New Product Development (NPD) team and help build exciting value-added food products across categories like Snacks, Bakery, Ready-to-Eat (RTE), and Ready-to-Cook (RTC).

Location: Flexible across major metro cities (including Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore and others)

Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and refine product formulations through testing and trials.
• Identify and onboard manufacturing partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, Finance, and Quality teams for product commercialisation.
• Support category performance and P&L tracking.

Ideal Candidate :

• Food Technologist / Food Science / Food Entrepreneurship graduate
• 4+ years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) or Private Label Development
• Experience with FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Retail Brands, or Food Consulting firms
• Exposure to snacks, bakery, RTE, or RTC categories
