Role Overview:

As Manager – Institutional Sales, you will lead outreach and engagement with colleges across India to promote TalentSprint’s advanced training and career development programs. You’ll build strategic relationships with key campus stakeholders and drive institutional partnerships that enable student success and future readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development across assigned regions to onboard colleges and universities for TalentSprint’s training offerings Build and manage relationships with Training and Placement Officers, Principals, Deans, Registrars, and Heads of Departments

• Conduct high-impact presentations and present solutions tailored to academic audiences

• Execute integrated outreach strategies including on-ground activations, and participation in education fairs or conclaves

• Maintain a robust sales funnel through structured lead follow-ups, CRM tracking, and ongoing stakeholder engagement

• Coordinate with internal teams for customized proposals, onboarding plans, and post-sale implementation

• Provide market intelligence and feedback to enhance positioning and solution alignment with college priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree with minimum 3 years of experience in institutional and college sales (MBA preferred) - Prior exposure to education, edtech, or training sector will be an advantage

• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with academic stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to drive closures and foster long-term institutional engagements

• Comfortable with extensive travel and independently managing regional outreach

• Hands-on approach to managing goals, pipeline metrics, and reporting tools
