Job Description
- Leading and managing all infrastructure projects within Adani Realty in Mumbai
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall business goals
- Overseeing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
- Implementing best practices for construction project management and driving continuous improvement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring quality control and quality assurance throughout the construction process
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- 8-10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on infrastructure projects
