Associate Manager - Indigo Dyeing (Yarn Dyed Fabric)

Indigo Dyeing Execution:
Manage the indigo dyeing process, including pre-treatment, dyeing, and post-treatment of yarns. Ensure the dyeing process is carried out efficiently, consistently, and according to production schedules.

Color Matching & Quality Control:
Ensure accurate and consistent color matching for yarns dyed with indigo. Perform regular tests for color fastness, shade accuracy, and quality standards to meet both customer and internal requirements.

Machine Operation & Maintenance:
Operate dyeing machines and equipment such as dyeing vats, jet dyeing machines, and winch machines. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned to avoid malfunctions or contamination during dyeing.

Recipe Formulation & Adjustment:
Develop and adjust indigo dyeing recipes based on the type of yarn, weight, and desired final shade. Modify recipes as required to achieve the correct tone, particularly when dealing with different types of fibers or yarn blends.

Process Monitoring:
Monitor dyeing parameters such as time, temperature, and dye concentration throughout the process to ensure consistency and quality. Identify potential process issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
