Job Description
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- 6-10 years of HR experience, at least 23 years in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience in managing HR operations in a mid to large-scale(2-5K Employees) organization with global exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations/Shared services , onboarding, BGV, C&B, Benchmarking, HR Statutory, Payroll, HR Audits and Exit.
- Hands-on experience with HR operations and ticketing systems.
- Benchmarking Policies, Policy Formulation and Policy roll out using HR Systems
- Proficiency in HRMS systems - preferably Darwinbox / ZingHR / ZoHO.
- Help driving organization wide benefits Medical Insurance related and system implementation driving enrolment and participation
- Strong knowledge of HR Processes Onboarding to Separation, Employee Leave and Lifecycle processes, BGV Process implementation
- Ability to work in a global HR operations environment APAC.
- Good in analytical, problem-solving, and HR data interpretation skills. Good in Excel, Power BI.
- Strong at stakeholder management to solve business challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication(Good oral communication and written skills), and interpersonal skills.
