Job Description
Site Finishing ( Civil Works ) : -
- Oversee all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Handling of finishing work i.e., Tilling, Dado Work, Paint work, Stonework, False ceiling work, Flush door work and wooden flooring work according to Drawings.
- Practically handling over of flats, all road & pathway work i.e., Earth filling work, GSB work, WMM Work, Kerbstone work, sewer, storm & water supply line work and Paver block, according to drawings.
- Checking of all amendments quantities as per drawings.
- To Prepare weekly SRFA report.
- Creating concern report / Safety interaction in Gensuite.
- Co-ordination with Safety team / Quality team & all other respective departments for day-to-day work.
- To co-ordinate with Design team & consultants for GFC drawings.
- To plan for completion of the projects as per the timelines , approved budget , design and drawings, safety & Quality parameters
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Around 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
- Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Must have worked with Real Estate Developer.
