Associate Manager - Engineering

Key Responsibilities: -

1) Deep knowledge of solid fuel (e.g. coal, agro waste etc.) handling processes in

boilers, including conveying systems, crushers, feeders, bunkers and ash handling

2) Proficient in the operation , maintenance & trouble shooting of boiler auxiliary

equipments such as FD, ID, PA fans, boiler feed pumps, Gear boxes etc.

3) Experience in planning & supervising mechanical maintenance activities including

preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and shutdowns

4) To guide & mentor technicians and helpers

5) Excellent skills in conducting root cause analysis to diagnose equipments failures &

implement effective, corrective & preventive actions

6) Through understandings & strict adherence to industrial safety protocols

7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical & instrumentation,

and liaise with suppliers, contractors for repairs, overhauls or new equipments
