Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct), etc.).
- Identify and analyze process bottlenecks, waste, and variation through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Within O2C Operations) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Track project outcomes, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
- Provide training and coaching to teams on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Support automation and digitization initiatives as part of process optimization.
- Create and maintain process documentation (process maps, SIPOC diagrams, value stream maps, etc.).
- Report progress and improvement results to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required.
- 510 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or business transformation.
- Proven record of delivering measurable business results through process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Exposure to automation, RPA, or ERP systems is an advantage.
