About the Role

As an Associate Manager Counselling, you will lead and manage a team of Work-From-Home academic counsellors, responsible for guiding JEE/NEET students across India. You will oversee team productivity, counselling quality, and student engagement while ensuring smooth daily operations. This role combines leadership, performance management, and strategic oversight to drive counselling effectiveness and student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of WFH academic counsellors.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentoring sessions, and quality audits.
• Set daily/weekly targets and monitor achievement through structured tracking.
• Oversee the admissions workflow managed by the remote counselling team.
• Ensure structured counselling procedures and guidelines are followed for JEE/NEET students.
• Analyze lead performance data to enhance productivity and conversion strategies.
• Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams for campaigns, processes, and updates.
• Resolve escalations from students/parents and provide timely solutions.
• Track daily MIS, lead status, conversion reports, attendance, and CRM usage.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and student satisfaction.

Experience & Skills Required

• 36 years of experience in counselling/sales management (JEE/NEET EdTech or institute experience preferred).
• Proven experience managing sales/counselling teams; remote team handling is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Target-driven, strategic, analytical mindset committed to student progress.
