The Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Marketing Manager will be responsible fordeveloping, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies across the entirecustomer journey, from acquisition to retention, win-back, and loyalty, specifically tailored for thereal money gaming industry. This role requires a data-driven individual with a strongunderstanding of player behavior, CRM platforms, and a passion for creating personalized andimpactful player experiences. You will play a critical role in increasing player lifetime value (LTV)and reducing churn.
This role is based out of our Bangalore office.
Here’s what you will do:
● Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-app notifications, push notifications, WhatsApp, social media, etc.) for various lifecycle stages.
● Create compelling and personalized messaging that resonates with different player segments.
● Collaborate with the product and tech teams to implement new features and functionalities that enhance player engagement and retention.
● Manage promotional calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns. ● Oversee the A/B testing of various campaign elements (subject lines, creatives, offers, call-to-actions) to continuously improve performance.
● Utilize CRM data, analytics tools, and business intelligence to understand player behavior, identify trends, and measure campaign effectiveness.
● Analyze key metrics such as LTV, churn rate, retention rate, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
● Provide regular reporting and insights on CLM performance to stakeholders, recommending actionable strategies for improvement.
● Develop and refine customer segmentation models to enable highly targeted and personalized marketing communications.
● Leverage dynamic content and personalization techniques to deliver relevant offers and experiences to individual players
What we are looking for:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● 3-5 years of experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM, or retention marketing, with at least 1-2 years specifically within the Real Money Gaming (RMG) or online gaming industry is highly preferred.
● Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and analyzing live operations events, features, and promotions that drove significant KPIs.
● Deep understanding of game economy principles, monetization mechanics (e.g., in-app purchases, subscriptions, ad monetization), and player psychology in a real money gaming context.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful CLM strategies that have demonstrably improved LTV and reduced churn.
● Strong understanding of player psychology and behavior in the RMG space. ● Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
