As we are expanding exponentially, we are now looking for a driven and highly motivated Business Development individual to drive sales and partnerships. This role is critical in owning user acquisition targets, building great relationships, maintaining CRM processes, ensuring consistent sales performance and ensuring exceptional service standards across societies.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development and sales acumen, relationship building skills, operational execution of sales related activities, and hands-on CRM management expertise, with a problem-solving mindset suited for a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of BelleVies product, customers, and operational processes, and implement effective business development plans and activities accordingly, in their assigned geographies and societies.

Act as an on-ground subject matter expert for community living and BelleVies propositions, ensuring smooth conversion and onboarding support..

Identify and pursue leads through walk-ins, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives. This is a field specific role with a decent chunk to be spent in the zone assigned

Manage and retain relationships with existing clients while generating referral business and partnership opportunities.

Arrange business meetings, conduct presentations, and deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.

Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key decision makers, both internally and externally.

Maintain a healthy month-on-month sales pipeline along with accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and CRM related activities.

Conduct continuous market and competitor research to identify best practices and introduce innovative ideas that improve user acquisition and solution adoption.

Requirements

25 years of experience, preferably in a startup, FMCG, NBFC, Community Business, Quick Commerce and E-Commerce businesses..

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related fields. MBA/an equivalent masters degree would be highly sought after.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to self-motivate and work in a target-driven environment.

Experience in designing and implementing effective business development strategies targeted for their zones and customer personas.

Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings or other business-related activities.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stronghold on local languages and English and Hindi.
