Job Description:
Operational management and further development of affiliate marketing programs for multiple clients
Evaluation and onboarding of new affiliate partners based on defined qualitative and performance-related criteria
Active support in the acquisition of new affiliate partners and identification of growth opportunities within the affiliate ecosystem
Creation of regular performance reports as well as ad-hoc analyses (e.g. action-based evaluations, publisher performance, trend analyses)
Monitoring, analysis and optimization of affiliate performance based on relevant KPIs (e.g. revenue, CPS, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV)
Derivation of concrete insights, optimization measures and strategic recommendations for clients based on data-driven analyses
Market and competitor analysis within the affiliate marketing landscape, identification of trends, potentials and innovations, and translation into actionable recommendations
Responsibility for the management and maintenance of advertising materials within affiliate networks
Planning and execution of action communications, including promotion of upcoming client campaigns via affiliate networks
Conceptual development and continuous improvement of affiliate marketing strategies and setups
Close collaboration with internal performance marketing, tracking and client teams
Ensuring data quality, transparency and correctness of performance and billing data within affiliate networks
