Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Jaipur. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting petitions and applications, assisting in litigation, and appearing before various courts, tribunals and forums in Rajasthan.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Competency in litigation and presentation before courts, tribunals & forums
• Knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and dispute resolution
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with a diverse legal team.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); LL.M is a plus
• Prior experience of 3+ years
