An ideal candidate would come with 1 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment / talent acquisition / research space and a strong understanding of the financial services sector. Position Description
Research
- Mapping of various organizations and determine designations/organization structures with accuracy.
- Creatively network with people to get insight into organizational changes and developments to augment the database.
- Track newspapers/ websites for developments in Financial Services (Private Equity Investments, Investment Banking Deals, etc.) and related sectors.
Delivery / Execution
- Accompany Partners to Client Briefing sessions. Jointly discuss and suggest the search strategy and timelines.
- Carry out widespread research to find suitable candidates for positions.
- Network extensively to gather meaningful data on the trends in the industry, challenges in the sector, etc. in order to tap into the right area for sourcing.
- Engaging with the Client during the entire search process. Act as a single point of contact with the client contact.
- Manage Candidate Client expectations. Act as a bridge of communication between the two parties.
- Handle the entire life cycle and thereby ensure smooth closure of the position.
Report Writing, Presentation & Database Management
- Create Mapping Reports & Presentations for supporting BD activities.
- Report writing for ongoing mandates Long Lists, Candidate Evaluation, Comparative Analysis, etc..
- Update internal databank on a real-time basis.
Requirements:
- A bachelor / master degree with 1 to 5 years of working experience
- Strong research background / experience in leadership hiring
- Independent sourcing of profiles, mapping and database management
- Ability to independently run mandates
- Demonstrate a growth mindset with an ambition to succeed
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Strong command of written and verbal communication skills
