We are seeking talented and motivated lawyers with 25 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a top National Law University (NLU) , hold a Company Secretary (CS) qualification , and have prior experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms . Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills are essential for this role.
