About the Role:

Provides immediate supervision assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and

maintaining KPIs for the Procurement team. Responsible for overall Procure to Pay process and

first-line point of contact for all internal clients.

Reports to - Lead - IT Procurement

Skills:

Strong Knowledge in IT Hardware, Software and licenses

Experience in ERP and SDP softwares for IT Purchases

Vendor management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers, able

to interpret business requirements.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

End to End handling of Purchase requests in day-to-day activities related to IT

Procurement

Review and due-diligence of procurement requests (PR)

Preparation and floating of enquiry/ RFP for seeking quotation

Researching potential vendors

Comparing and evaluating offers from Vendors

Price-benchmarking to assist in negotiations for allotted PRs

Preparation of financial approvals

Preparation and release of formal purchase order (PO)

Tracking of delivery

Contract management and AMC renewals - Tracking of various events as per PO

and timely processing of payments

Vendor management Acting as single point of contact for allotted vendors and

ensuring no escalation.

Good understanding of IT Technology Components IT Network, Hardware,

Software, Licenses etc.

Understanding in ILL links, PRI Telecom and Data cards

The person should have experience to procure & manage the network links and link

payment processing.

Process reguler HW/SW purchase invoices and recurring service invoices

Addressing audit queries related to procurements handled & Compliance with

Policy document.

Coordinating with finance team for timely release of payments

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 + Years

Any Graduation and specialization in IT Procurement or supply chain management

Location: Mumbai

Excellent Communication

Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access)
