Associate - IT Operations

Open Links Foundation (OLF) is an IT-based non-profit organization founded by Sanjay Dalmia (IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad) with a mission to strengthen the government school ecosystem and make government schools aspirational for all.

OLF aims to improve quality of education in government schools by (a) supporting and motivating teachers (b) partnering with district administration to improve program implementation efficiency for programs like FLN, scholarship practice tests, poetry recitation etc...

The program name is Vinoba. It simplifies and saves time for teachers. It helps in easy data collection and analysis for administrators. It has Facebook like features for sharing and learning and a vibrant teacher community.

The model is now well established with tangible improvements in outcomes. OLF works with over 55,000 schools, over 190,000 teachers and impacts over 4mln students in 36 districts (22-Maharashtra, 12-Chhattisgarh, 1-MP, 1-Bihar, 1-Gujarat). Role Description:

The Associate - IT Operations will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the organizations entire technology ecosystem to ensure uninterrupted day-to-day functioning. Support all departments with monitoring and evaluation aspects.

As an Associate - IT Operations at Open Links Foundation, youll:

Provide technical support to teams across the organization

Analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact

Curate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders

Train and build capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App

Support application development with data-driven insights

What Were Looking For?

Bachelors/Masters in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field

14 years of experience in IT operations, Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus)

Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement

Passion to transform government education and create real social impact

Remuneration:

2.5 5.0 LPA (Based on experience)
