We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Designer to join our team. Youll be the bridge between creative concepts and practical execution, ensuring our designs are not only beautiful but also technically accurate and cost-effective.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the technical side of designbalancing 3D modeling with spreadsheets and on-site quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create detailed 2D technical drawings (floor plans, elevations) and 3D visualizations to help clients see the final vision.
• Cost Estimation & BOQs: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ). You will list all materials and services required for a project to ensure clear pricing.
• Cost Checking: Review vendor quotes and material costs against the budget to ensure the project stays financially on track.
• Quality Control (QC) Support: Assist in site visits and inspections to ensure the work being done matches the design specifications and meets our quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Support senior designers in refining layouts and sourcing the right materials for each project.

Location - 10 Kms from New BEL Road, Bangalore

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in residential interiors
• BSc / Diploma in Interiors or equivalent degree
• Immediate joiners preferred
