Associate Interior Designer

Now, were looking for a Senior Designer who can step right in and grow with ussomeone who can lead projects end-to-end and become an extension of the founder.

What youll be doing:

• Leading client meetings with confidence and warmth
• Developing design concepts and translating them into detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
• Driving design selections and detailing with an eye for aesthetics
• Coordinating across the design & project management team
• Creating BOQs & vendor mappings that flow seamlessly into execution
• Managing vendors, budgets, and timelines with structure and clarity
• Defining brand standards and elevating PV Heims design identity
• Bringing original, boundary-pushing creativity to every project

Apply only if you:

• Are fluent in English (spoken & written client-facing role)
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in luxury residential design
• Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit
• Can independently handle design, vendors, and client communication
• A genuine love for design thats thoughtful, functional, and memorable
