• Define and drive the product roadmap for mobile and web platforms, aligning with customer needs and business priorities.
• Lead mobile product development with a focus on performance, usability, and consistency across Android and iOS platforms.
• Champion customer experience: Ensure every product interaction is intuitive, elegant, and frictionless—balancing functionality with design excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and business teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product experiences—such as predictive insights, intelligent automation, and personalised journeys.
• Drive agile execution: Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and iterative releases with a focus on speed, quality, and learning.
• Leverage customer insights through data analysis and targeted feedback to inform product decisions.
• Measure and optimise: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Conversational AI.
• Exposure to growth product management, data analytics, or UX research.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
