Associate - Growth & Monetization

About the Role:

Cond Nast is looking for a smart, driven associate to support and grow our Tech and Healthcare business across the West and South India markets. This is a hands-on, high-learning role for someone eager to build a career in luxury media and brand partnerships, with strong exposure to new business development.

The role sits at the intersection of media, design, and culture, and is ideal for someone who is agile, curious, and keen to meet new agencies and clients. Youll work closely with senior team members while gradually taking ownership of accounts and revenue responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of annual revenue targets across print, digital, video, and experiential platforms.
• Assist in managing and growing relationships with clients, media agencies, and partners across Tech and Healthcare in the West and South regions.
• Actively source and track new briefs from media and PR agencies to support the larger sales team.
• Work closely with editorial, creative, and marketing teams to help shape customised, solution-led proposals.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging categories to identify new business opportunities.

Who You Are:

• 13 years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, advertising, or a related field.
• Comfortable meeting new agencies and clients, and keen to build relationships from the ground up.
• Quick to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Research-oriented, with an interest in trends, brands, and new ways of building partnerships.
• Solution-driven, with basic commercial understanding and a willingness to develop it further.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
