PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps any company sign-up new customers and engage with them, through a pay-per-task model using up-skilled unemployed youth.

Role- Associate Growth Manager (B2C/Financial services)

Location- Gurgaon, Haryana

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Resource planning to achieve set objectives
• Driving & enabling the team to achieve goals.
• Managing relationships with clients, on-ground teams, and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring daily operations & making necessary course corrections.
• Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Able to work on multiple fintech projects at one time
• Training & support for the Team with course corrections. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Achieving monthly sales target from the portfolio of partners
• Managing multiple vendors who help in generating revenue for PickMyWork

Whom are we looking for?

1. Has experience in managing B2C Sales Teams/FSEs/TLs/BDEs.

2. Has completed MBA/PGDM.

3. Has good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

4. Has excelled in revenue target based roles.

5.Team Leadership and Management Skills/ Experience.

Compensation Structure- Fixed INR 30,000 + variable upto INR 5,000

Interview Process- 2-3 Personal Rounds of Interview

Fluency in English Communication (Oral and Written) is highly desirable.
