Position Overview

We areseekingan experienced and strategic Associate Group Head - Brand Solutions to lead multiple client accounts and teams while driving business growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional who can develop integrated strategies,maintainexceptional client relationships, and foster a culture of creativity and accountability within their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Implementation:Develop and oversee implementation of integrated strategies for all assigned brands, ensuring alignment with clientobjectivesand market trends
• Creative Leadership:Drive creativity and ideation of innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results and enhance brand positioning
• Client Relationship Management:Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through strategic counsel, proactive communication, and delivery of solutions that exceed expectations
• Business Growth & Profitability:Achieve overall business targets andmaintainclient profitability through effective account mining and resource optimization
• New Business Development:Drive growth by leading pitches and activelyidentifyingopportunities to deliver award-worthy work backed by thorough research and consumer understanding
• Team Management:Demonstratestrong leadership skills through effective team retention, culture building, learning development initiatives, and strategic hiring decisions
• Operational Excellence:Exhibitdecisive decision-making capabilities andmaintaincomplete accountability for team performance and client deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure integrated solutions are delivered
• Industry Expertise:Possessin-depth knowledge of advertising and digital domains, comprehensive brand and product knowledge, and substantial industry/categoryexpertise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and client management with at least 2+ years in a senior management role
• Proventrack recordof successful team leadership, business growth, and a proventrack recordof leading successful campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies
• Experience in new business development and pitch leadership
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and performance metrics
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• History of developing andmaintainingC-suite level client relationships
• Leadership and team management capabilities
