Job Description

Role Overview

The AGM Real Estate will be responsible for end-to-end city/cluster ownership , driving revenue, team performance, and operational excellence across NoBrokers real estate verticals. This role demands a hands-on leader who can scale teams, improve conversion metrics, and ensure consistent revenue delivery in a high-velocity, tech-enabled environment .

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Business Ownership

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the assigned city/cluster.
  • Drive topline growth across Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Rentals, Builder/Developer Sales, and Value-Added Services .
  • Track key metrics such as leads-to-closure ratio, revenue per agent, CAC, and ticket size .
  • Ensure achievement of city-level P&L goals , including cost optimization.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage multi-layered teams (Sales Managers, Team Leads, Relationship Managers, Field Ops).
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews .
  • Drive productivity through daily huddles, pipeline reviews, coaching, and KPI tracking .
  • Build a strong performance and accountability culture .

3. City Operations & Execution

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including:
  • Lead allocation & follow-ups
  • Site visits & negotiations
  • Closures & post-sales coordination
  • Improve TAT, customer experience, and operational efficiency .
  • Resolve escalations related to customers, channel partners, or internal teams .

4. Channel Partner & Developer Management

  • Build and manage a strong broker & channel partner ecosystem .
  • Drive developer relationships, project onboarding, pricing negotiations, and inventory management .
  • Ensure timely CP payouts and compliance .

5. Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Identify new micro-markets, supply gaps, and growth opportunities within the city.
  • Support leadership in launching new products, pilots, or city expansions .
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competition insights, and demand trends .

6. Process, CRM & Tech Adoption

  • Ensure strict adherence to CRM hygiene, dashboards, and MIS reporting .
  • Use data to drive conversion improvement and revenue forecasting .
  • Partner with product and growth teams to optimize funnels and customer journeys .
