Associate – General / IP Litigation

We are Hiring: Associate General / IP Litigation (Mumbai)

Qualifications & Skills:

• LL.B. from a reputed law school/university
• Registered with the Maharashtra Bar Council, with Sanad to file cases with Bombay High Court/City Civil Court.
• 35 years of experience in General/IP Litigation, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Willingness to travel, relocate, or work on-site for client engagements.

Role Summary:

Proactive lawyer to advise clients on commercial and regulatory matters, handle commercial and IP litigation, draft and review agreements, and support day-to-day legal operations to corporations, public sector undertaking and institutions including advisory on labour/ employment laws.
