We are expanding our Palava engineering hub and looking for early-career engineers who want structured exposure across both frontend and backend systems understanding how enterprise-grade applications are built, tested, and supported end-to-end.

Role Overview

Werelooking for anAssociate Full Stack Engineerwho is eager to build a strong engineering foundation across UI, APIs, and backend services.

In this role, you will initially gain exposure acrossProduction Support, Quality Assurance, Frontend Development, and Backend Engineering, understanding how enterprise SaaS systems function in real-world environments.

As youdemonstratetechnical capability, reliability, and ownership, you will progressively transition into adedicated full-stack coding rolewithin our product engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how complete enterprise systems are built not just code in isolation.

Key Responsibilities

Monitorand support live production systems to ensure stability and performance.

Troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend layers.

Support QA teams in executing and validating test cases across UI and APIs.

Participatein API testing and data validation (MongoDB / relational databases).

Contribute to frontend development using React.js (or similar frameworks) under mentorship.

Assistin backend service development using Java, Python, or Node.js.

Participatein building andmaintainingRESTful APIs and UI integrations.

Collaborate with senior engineers to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

Participatein Agile ceremonies standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.

Maintaindocumentation and operational handover notes for system continuity.

Required Skills & Experience

02 years of experience (internships/projects included).

Strong foundationin programming (JavaScript + one backend language like Java/Python preferred).

Basic understanding of frontend concepts (HTML, CSS, React or similar framework).

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and database basics (MongoDB/MySQL).

Working knowledge of Git and basic Agile workflows.

Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn across frontend and backend domains.

Willingness to work from our Palava office.

Note:This is a work-from-location role.Wereideally looking for candidates who can travel to Palava within 30 minutes, as in-person collaboration, mentoring, and rapid learning are central to this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or academic projects in full-stack development.

Exposure to React.js, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, Docker, or testing tools.

Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
