Role Overview

Werelooking for anAssociate Full Stack Engineerwho is passionate about building complete, end-to-end applications from backend APIs to intuitive user interfaces.

Youllwork alongside senior engineers to develop responsive frontend components and robust backend services that power GlobalPayEXsfintech products.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both UI logic and backendsystems, andwants to grow into a well-rounded full-stack engineer in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop andmaintainfrontend applications usingReact.js / Angular / modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and integrate backend services usingJava, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
• Design and consumeRESTful APIsand integrate them into frontend applications.
• Work withMongoDB or relational databasesfor datamodelingand querying.
• Collaborate with UX, QA, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate incode reviews, write unit tests, and follow clean coding practices.
• Debug and resolve issues across frontend and backend layers.
• Participate actively inAgile ceremonies sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 02 years of experience in full-stack or frontend/backend development.
• Strong foundationinJavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one frontend framework (React preferred).
• Basic understanding ofJava / Node.js / Pythonfor backend development.
• Familiarity withREST APIs, JSON, and database concepts (MongoDB/MySQL).
• Understanding ofdata structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.
• Knowledge ofGitand version control workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn both frontend and backend domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience infull-stack development.
• Exposure toSpring Boot, Express.js, orFastAPI.
• Familiarity withDocker, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Basic knowledge ofcloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding ofresponsive design and UI best practices.
