Associate - FP&A

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy in financial models.
• Perform basic financial analysis on revenue, costs, and performance trends.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of dashboards and Excel-based tools.
• Support the month-end and quarter-end closing process.
• Help in preparing presentations and analytical summaries for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and process files for FP&A operations.
• Support ad-hoc analysis as requested by the FP&A team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Finalist or CA Dropout .
• Articleship experience from Big 10 CA firms preferred .
