Associate - Finops
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented FinOps Associate to support and own critical financial and operational processes. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to manage domestic and international (import/export) financial operations in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role demands high ownership, precision, and the ability to independently execute and improve financial processes.
Responsibilities include conducting day to day financial and accounting operations, managing audits, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business development.
Requirements :
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 13 years in accounting / finance operations
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in ERP systems (mandatory)
Experience handling import-export financial operations
Strong Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Strong ownership mindset and independent problem-solving ability
Good coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Payment processing (Domestic and Foreign)
Purchase orders and Invoice creation
Expense reconciliation and voucher recording
Oversee employee reimbursements
Vendor compliance review
Maintain and update vendor and customer master database
Ensure correct mapping of quantities and shipment details
Ledger matching and discrepancy resolution
GST data coordination with CA
Compliance & Statutory Filings
Managing AR/ AP
