Job Title: Associate - Financial Analyst / Accountant

Experience: 25 years (Real Estate/Consulting experience preferred)

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing IND AS financial statements, managing month-end activities, and coordinating audits. Prior exposure to real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare IND AS financial statements , including quarterly consolidation.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end activities at the group level.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, coordinate annual audit activities, and address audit queries and findings.
• Review General Ledger entries and ensure proper classification of transactions.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of intercompany reconciliations and settlements .
• Prepare management information reports , board packs, financial summaries, and executive presentations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IND AS accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Experience in consolidation and audit coordination .
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred but not mandatory).
• 25 years of relevant experience; real estate industry experience is a plus .
