About Position:


The ERM Analyst will support risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across the organization. The role will also drive research on emerging risks and best practices, while maintaining risk documentation, tools, and stakeholder support for risk updates. The incumbent will contribute to strengthening enterprise-wide risk culture through data-driven insights and communication.

What You'll Do:


  • A. Enterprise Risk Management (Core)
  • Support the identification and assessment of risks impacting business growth, operations, finances, and reputation.
  • Assist with risk reporting by preparing dashboards, presentations, and risk summaries for senior leadership/stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and help maintain ongoing visibility of risk exposure.
  • Support the design and execution of risk mitigation plans, including tracking action items and closure status.
  • B. Research & Data Analysis
  • Research industry best practices, regulatory expectations, and emerging risk themes to inform the organization proactively.
  • Collect and analyze risk data to identify trends, patterns, and heatmaps, and contribute to risk models/insights.
  • Create customized whitepapers, research notes, and analytical briefs to support risk communication and strengthen risk culture.
  • C. Risk Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation for:
  • Risk assessments
  • Stakeholder discussions
  • Risk updates
  • Policies, frameworks, and procedures
  • Assist compliance by ensuring risk monitoring tools are updated, and provide stakeholder support to capture and report risk updates timely.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • A. Risk Management Knowledge
  • Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management concepts: risk identification, assessment, mitigation, KRIs, risk appetite basics
  • Familiarity with risk governance: risk registers, risk framework, reporting cadence
  • B. Strong Research Capability
  • Ability to research:
  • Industry risk trends
  • Emerging risks (operational, strategic, regulatory, reputational)
  • Best practices and frameworks
  • Ability to convert research into business-friendly insights (whitepapers, briefs, summaries)
  • C. Data & Analytical Skills
  • Comfort with analyzing data for:
  • Trend and pattern identification
  • Risk indicators tracking
  • Reporting summaries and insights
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like:
  • Excel (advanced) pivots, dashboards, formulas
  • PowerPoint leadership-ready presentations
  • Bonus: Power BI / Tableau / SQL (good-to-have)
  • D. Documentation & Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to maintain structured documentation (versioning, controls, audit readiness)
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills to:
  • Capture risk updates from teams
  • Follow up on mitigation status
  • Support ongoing risk monitoring processes
  • E. Communication & Executive Readiness
  • Clear writing and presentation skills to build:
  • risk reports
  • senior management presentations
  • whitepapers / risk communication artifacts
  • Strong attention to detail + ability to simplify risk topics for non-risk stakeholders
