About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Associate to support core billing and financial processes of North America Insurance Operation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to build a career in finance operations, with exposure to payment processing, reconciliation, delinquency management, disbursements, and reinsurance activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer billing and ensure timely and accurate payment application.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor and manage delinquent accounts, supporting follow-up and escalation procedures.
• Assist in disbursement activities including vendor payments and internal transfers.
• Support reinsurance accounting processes and documentation.
• Maintain financial records and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and service-level expectations.

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of finance operations, billing workflows, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP or financial systems is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
• 03 years of experience in finance billing operations or a related field.
• Comfortable working in night or afternoon shifts, as required.
