Associate - Field Marketing & Engagement

Associate Field Marketing is responsible for Marketing and outreach across all our regions and markets and takes extreme ownership for business development and operational execution of the marketing programs, managing both internal and external stakeholders

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for a broad work stream to develop strategies and a structured approach to drive marketing programs to build and nurture communities including but not limited to
• Build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders in the education ecosystem from K-12 to higher education
• Build a network of schools and communities to help drive The Chopras objectives
• Design and implementation of marketing campaigns to generate leads and referrals
• Coordinate seamlessly with the Events team and leadership for delivering programs and events as required.
• Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to promote events and provide guidance on content and messaging for social media platforms
• Manage local vendors and partners for marketing campaigns
• Project manage the campaigns and events as per deadlines and agreed deliverables.
• Analysis of campaign outcomes to draw insights and drive improvements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Post-graduate Marketing with 2-3 years of experience, preferably within in the Education industry
• Experience in running successful marketing programs
• In-depth understanding of channels of communication
