Job Overview:

Review of the foreclosure milestones and taking necessary actions to mitigate any delays in foreclosure process. Coordinate with the foreclosure attorney firm to meet the foreclosure timelines.

Review loans with foreclosure sale and request for all relevant documents to prepare the bidding instructions. Complete the assigned workflows to place foreclosures on hold or resume foreclosures, send close & bill instructions to foreclosure attorney firm where applicable. Generate judgment figures and reinstatement figures to be sent to foreclosure attorney firm. Prepare documents for execution along the foreclosure process. Review loans which are eligible for foreclosure.

Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and Trust Policy requirements and timelines. 

Update and document all tracking systems including the clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked

Qualification & Experience

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role

• Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
• Good written and oral communications skills in English
• US Mortgage Experience in Default Servicing Foreclosure (Minimum 12 Months)
