Lead end-to-end experience design from brief to pitch.

Translate brand briefs into immersive experiential formats.

Build strong creative narratives and thematic directions.

Design audience journeys and immersive brand touchpoints.

Collaborate with Client Servicing, Strategy, 2D/3D & Production teams.

Stay updated on global experiential and event design trends.

Bring fresh thinking into corporate event ecosystems.

Required Skills & Competencies:

812 years in experiential marketing / event agencies

Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking

Experience handling corporate conferences, launches & leadership meets

Pitch exposure & client-facing confidence

Ability to mentor and guide creative teams
