Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused ERP Associate to support the development, testing, and implementation of ERP solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, configure ERP modules, and ensure smooth system deployment and adoption across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical understanding of ERP systems with strong process orientation and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand organizational processes and map them to ERP workflows and system requirements.
- Assist in ERP development, configuration, and customization based on business needs.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Support ERP implementation and deployment activities across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and updates.
- Support user training and adoption during ERP rollouts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows
- Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle
- Familiarity with software testing and system validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: Any graduate
Preferred (good to have)
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar systems
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, or system configuration
- Experience supporting ERP implementation projects
