Role Overview

The Associate will support the Enterprise Marketing team in driving strategic initiatives, partner programs, and market-facing narratives for Spotify Advertising in India. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, and eager to learn, with a strong bias toward execution, collaboration, and impact.

This is a one-year contract role, employed via an ROOSTER-TALE , and is suited for a highly execution-focused individual who is proficient in using AI tools as a core part of content creation and day-to-day workflows.

The Associate will be expected to use AI tools to draft, refine, adapt, and scale content efficiently across multiple formats, while applying strong judgment and attention to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of enterprise marketing initiatives, industry partnerships, and advertiser-facing programs.

Assist in developing presentations, narratives, and reports for internal leadership, agencies, and external partners.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across projects.

Track and document market activities, campaigns, and outcomes, helping maintain clear visibility and reporting.

Support events, thought leadership programs, and industry partnerships, including coordination, content prep, and follow-ups.

Conduct basic analysis and research to support storytelling, case studies, and strategic recommendations.

What Were Looking For

3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, consulting, or strategy support roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly.

High attention to detail and strong project management fundamentals.

Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Curiosity, learning mindset, and willingness to take ownership beyond defined scope.

Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and basic data handling (Excel/Sheets).
