Whar are we looking for:

As the Associate Engagement Lead, youll leverage data to unravel complexities and be adept at devising strategic solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What you'll do:

• Oversee end-to-end IC processesfrom crediting and plan design to goal setting and bonus calculationsusing Xactly Incent for IC setup and cycle execution.
• Manage IC input files (sales data, goals, alignment, eligibility) and support automation/validations through Xactly Connect.
• Partner with US HC clients to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely IC outputs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline IC processes and implement best practices.
• Deliver client-ready IC reports, scorecards, and HQ outputs, supported by validations using Xactly Reporting.

Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in engineering with 34.5 years of analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Solid understanding of sales crediting, IC plans, goal setting, and bonus calculations.
• Experience preparing IC input files (sales, goals, alignment, eligibility) and generating output reports.
• Handson experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, Extend, and Reporting.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with pharma data, sales structures, or IC frameworks.
