Associate Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for electrical system assembly, PCB handling, machine integration, maintenance, and production support across R&D and manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical systems and electronic products.
• Perform machine assembly, wiring, panel integration, and system setup.
• Fabricate wire harnesses (cutting, crimping, soldering, cable preparation).
• Perform PCB soldering and rework (SMD & THT).
• Maintain and troubleshoot R&D prototypes and production units.
• Conduct electrical testing, validation, and calibration.
• Manage inventory of electronic components and consumables.
• Maintain and update BOM; coordinate with vendors and support procurement.
• Maintain documentation and reporting using standard office tools.
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems; exposure to MCU programming is a plus.
• Familiarity with PCB design, schematic creation, and layout using standard EDA tools.
• Experience or understanding of 3D printer hardware, motion systems, heaters, thermistors, and sensors.
• Exposure to machine electronics, industrial equipment wiring, and electromechanical integration.
• Qualifications
• Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Electronics or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical and electronic systems.
• Hands-on experience in machine assembly and electrical wiring.
• Experience in PCB soldering (SMD & THT).
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with basic electrical testing instruments.
