Job Title: ASSOCIATE - DISPUTE RESOLUTION (LABOUR & EMPLOYMENT)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advocate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic Labour & Employment law practice. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional drafting abilities, understanding of labour laws, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting & Pleading: Prepare and draft various legal documents, including plaints, written statements, petitions, applications, affidavits, legal notices, and other court filings related to labour and employment disputes.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on complex points of law, case precedents, and statutory provisions pertaining to labour and employment matters.
- Case Management: Assist in managing litigation files, including organizing documents, maintaining case calendars, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines. Should log and maintain case details in firm's case management software.
- Client Interaction: Support senior attorneys in client meetings, conferences, and court appearances.
- Advisory Support: Contribute to providing legal opinions and advice on various labour and employment issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university (mandatory)
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (mandatory) and successful completion of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution, with a specific focus on Labour & Employment law.
- Exceptional drafting and legal writing skills are paramount.
- Fluency in Kannada (reading and speaking) (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
