Associate Director-F&A-Managed Services

This role is with the Managed Services team at KPMG Global Services

Responsibilities:

• Lead large complex engagements or multiple mid-sized independent engagements in financial services operations environment
• Supervise and mentor a team responsible for performing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions, including bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
• Identify opportunities for both process and technology improvements, develop ideas to utilize R2R tools like BlackLine, Trintech or Workiva with additional understanding of AI tools for innovation
• Transition and project set-up in KGS, working in collaboration with internal, onshore and client stakeholders, involving key aspects viz. resourcing, technology set-up, knowledge transfer etc., and leading project to BAU mode in smooth and seamless manner.
• Owning and driving People Agenda encompassing, Colleague Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Resourcing, Retention & Attrition and similar key themes as apt.

Requirement:

• 12+ years of relevant experience working on Reconciliation tools & preferably Blackline
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills
• Experience in shared services or outsourcing environments, especially in the Insurance, Banking and Asset Management industry is preferred
• Flexibility to work from office on all 5 days (no hybrid) from a clean room set up
• Shift timing - 2 - 10.30 PM
