ob Purpose
To drive growth and profitability of the Corporate Business vertical by acquiring and managing large corporate accounts, leading high-value relationships, mentoring sales teams, and contributing to strategic planning and revenue expansion across Employee Benefits and General Insurance.

Strategic Business Growth
- Drive acquisition of large and key corporate clients across industries.
- Own and grow a defined revenue portfolio / book of business .
- Lead large RFQs, complex negotiations, and multi-line placements.
- Contribute to annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
Client Relationship & Key Account Management
- Act as senior relationship owner for marquee corporate accounts.
- Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, Risk Managers, and Finance leaders.
- Ensure high client retention through strategic advisory and service excellence.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across EB, GI, and Specialty lines.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead, mentor, and guide Corporate Sales / Account Management teams .
- Support team members in closures, escalations, and client strategy.
- Set targets, review performance, and build high-performing teams.
Insurer & Market Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and placement teams .
- Drive favorable commercial terms, coverage enhancements, and pricing.
- Stay abreast of market trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations , internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Oversee contract documentation, SLAs, and risk governance.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Corporate Insurance Solutions (EB & GI).
- Proven ability to handle large, complex corporate accounts .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong P&L orientation.
- Superior presentation and communication abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 18+ years of experience in Insurance Broking or Insurer Corporate Sales.
- Prior experience managing large corporates and leadership roles is essential.
- Exposure to multi-line insurance placements and renewals.
