Associate Director - Technology Consulting

Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As Associate Director - Technology Consulting, you will own the delivery of data and application engineering components of end to-end AI solutions being delivered to a set of Tiger clientele.
• In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads, technology architects and data scientists across global locations.
• You will guide the project teams to deliver impactful solutions, drive adoption, and articulate value. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following:
• Drive problem discovery and scoping
• Translate solution requirements to technical architects
• Review solution design & estimation for conformity with client requirements
• Collaborate with consulting, data science and engineering teams
• Guide / mentor program leads on applying best practices in delivery through regular reviews
• Work towards accelerating time-to-value on client programs, while balancing team health
• Measure and articulate value of solutions developed to help drive solution adoption by business teams
• Drive internal and client governance forums for zero surprises on program health and to articulate value

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solution design and delivery experience on different data platforms (preferably applications as well)
• Experience in defining processes for delivery (waterfall & agile), setting up offshore teams, program documentation, Internal/external review & quality assurance
• Knowledge of different types of data and application architectures
• Knowledge of different source systems (flat-files to ERP systems to real-time sources) and their impact on design, functioning, and maintenance of data systems
• Exposure to DevOps in the context of cloud-based solution deployment (MLOps exposure preferable)
• Experience with team management and client stakeholder management
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Techno-functional academic background is preferred (Engineering + MBA) Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience. Compensation packages among the best in the industry
