Should be able to oversee the deliverables on multiple complex projects, involve and contribute towards the business development activities of the practice.Financial budgeting - managing, organizing budgets and tracking spending to keep track at engagement level.Apart from looking at avenue for organic growth on the existing clientele, has to be go-getter to add additional client base to the practice in-turn adding to the bottomline.Has to pro-actively involve in pre-sales activities and other business development tasks to build on the Deloitte brand in the market.
