As a Senior Manager in our Talent-Technology Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Develop and execute a strategic vision for product management and business analysis that aligns with company objectives.Provide guidance on best practices, tools, and methodologies for product development and business analysis.Strategic Product Management:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring that product features meet market needs and align with business goals.Drive prioritization and planning processes, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.Advanced Business Analysis:Lead complex requirements gathering and analysis efforts, translating business needs into detailed and actionable product requirements.Conduct advanced market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product strategy and decision-making.Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.Address and resolve stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely manner.Project Oversight:Oversee project management activities, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.Monitor product performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership and adjusting strategies as needed.Ensure high-quality delivery of product features by managing the development and testing processes.Desired qualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)) preferred.Experience:14+ years of experience in product management and business analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
