Role Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Director - Program to lead strategic initiatives with our University partners. This role is core to our mission of scaling high impact programs, driving topline growth, and positioning our partner universities as industry leaders in the online higher education space.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Drive Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-growth initiatives in collaboration with university partners to scale programs and improve topline performance.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate across internal teamsSales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operationsto align efforts and deliver on shared goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface with senior university stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment, trust, and success.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure initiatives are meeting defined targets and identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Autonomous Execution: Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on higher education trends, regulatory developments, and competitor movements to guide strategic direction.


Who Were Looking For -

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in program/project management, business consulting, strategy, or operationspreferably in the education, B2B or high-value consumer tech space
  • Education: Graduate/MBA from a top-tier institution like IIT, IIM, BITS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, involving coordination with University Partners
