I am hiring for a Associate Director - Program Operations, Safe Water Operations for a client in the development sector, leading large-scale, multi-state public health operations focused on safe water access in partnership with government stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who has scaled complex field programs, built high-performing teams, and driven measurable impact across multiple states.

What Youll Own:

• Lead and scale multi-state program operations
• Manage and mentor national and state-level teams
• Strengthen systems, governance, and field execution

• 1215+ years of experience in development sector / public health / large-scale program operations
• Proven experience managing multi-location teams
